Wildern Red
A red amber ale with Centennial, toasted malt depth and Cara Red caramel.
This ale pours a warm Red, built on a pale malt backbone enriched by the deeper bread crust sweetness of Munich and the soft toffee glow of Cara Red.
Centennial leads the aroma with bright lemon peel, grapefruit zest and a touch of floral spice, all resting on a gentle malt warmth. On the palate, pale malt provides a clean, crisp base, while Munich adds rounded, lightly toasted depth. Cara Red brings soft caramel notes and a hint of dried fruit.
Centennial adds a confident bitterness, delivering sharp, piney edges and a refreshing snap. The finish is clean, balanced and lightly resinous, with subtle malt sweetness sitting beneath the hop's bright citrus bite.
